The Leon Square Water Spout for Pools and Fountains is manufactured from cast marine-grade stainless steel. These products are thick and heavy duty, made to stand the test of time. For mounting or electrical grounding, you'll find (2) 1/4-20 Threaded bosses on the back of the product.
The inlet on this black water spout is oversized at 1.5" to allow for both small and larger volumes of water and projections. The Leon by design does not include a baffle, providing more projection for large pools and fountains.
Our hand applied finish to the Leon is a patina process with a protective wax. This finish may not be uniform as it's chemical reaction based, and should be considered rustic. The patina finish may wear with time, but can be reapplied and waxed over and over again. This is a benefit of patina over paints and powder coats, where the product cannot be refinished, but must be replaced, a costly endeavor.
Note: Our stainless steel products are made from high quality materials with corrosion resistance processes. These products may require maintenance in harsh chemical environments, such as pools to keep them looking like new. In comparison to our competitors products made from inferior materials and without proper processes, our products maintenance intervals will be less often.
