OTHER APPLICABLE POLICIES FOR ORDERS

 

ORDER LEAD TIMES

Standard Products:  Usually Less than 5 Business Days (Depending on order volume, inventory, etc)

Custom Orders:  From 1 - 10 weeks (From Approval of Product Specs)

Lead times are approximate. Majestic Water Spouts seeks to provide accurate lead times and meet those times, although factors outside our control make it impossible for us to guarantee.  We will also do our best to communicate delays in orders prior to their assumed due date. 

We’re open for business Monday - Friday only (excluding holidays).  Orders placed after 11AM Arizona Time, on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. 

Custom Orders Cancellations are not accepted based on delays in production.

Bulk Orders (quantities of 10 of a single product and/or orders over $5000) may have extended lead times and cannot be canceled 7 days after order placement.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Do not return your products without contacting us and getting approval for the return.  All returns that are sent back without notice may be returned to the customer or experience delayed processing.  Majestic Water Spouts is not responsible for returns that were not approved previously.

RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Eligibility to return all or part of your order is based on the following conditions:

 

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

For products we deem as a “damaged product” upon arrival, Majestic Water Spouts will replace the product ordered.  Purchasing customers must report the damage within 3 days of arrival via the form linked at the top of this policy.  No changes or substitutions to the original product(s) ordered will be authorized for the replacement product(s).

Shipment of replacement product(s) will not be processed until the original damaged/defective/incorrect products are received back and processed by Majestic Water Spouts.

If Majestic Water Spouts receives a returned product in worse condition than when it arrived to the customer due to insufficient packaging for the return; the customer is liable for costs to repair/replace the damaged product beyond original received damage or Majestic Water Spouts may reject the return request.

If the incorrect product is shipped, the customer must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.  It’s the responsibility of the customer to return incorrect products to Majestic Water Spouts in original salable condition without damage upon return.  Correct products will not be sent until the incorrect products are in transit or received back to Majestic Water Spouts.

If Majestic Water Spouts is out of stock and cannot replace the products within 2 weeks (standard product orders), the order will be eligible for return and refund.  Custom orders with damage and deemed needed replacement will be accompanied with a lead time for production similar to original order.  If replacement products are not available, Majestic Water Spouts will replace your damaged product with a comparative one, at our discretion.

REFUNDS AND RESTOCKING FEES

All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee for credit card/check/PayPal/cashier check refunds.  If store credit is requested, the restocking fee is lowered to 10%.  

Exchanges, where a product is returned and another order is placed to replace the original (one transaction) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  If the exchanged purchase is returned for refund, the original and the exchanged order are liable for the standard 20% restocking fee.

Refunds may be reduced beyond applicable restocking fees if Majestic Water Spouts incurs additional costs for return, exchange or replacement of a product.  This includes, but is not limited to, damage upon return of a product, incorrect/fraudulent information provided for return and incorrect quantity returned.

If Majestic Water Spouts furnishes a return shipping label for the customer, the cost of this label will be subtracted from the refund amount.  The original cost of shipping to the customer is non-refundable.

If the returned product(s) are not eligible for refund, the customer may have the items sent back to them at an additional cost.

Refunds and eligibility are not determined until the products have been received and processed at our facility. If a refund is approved, a refund will be provided based on the original payment method only.  Credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be returned to your account.  

If an order is considered abandoned and forfeited to Majestic Water Spouts per our policies,  no refunds will be given.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING

Returning shipping for non-defective orders is the customer's responsibility.  Majestic Water Spouts may provide a shipping label for convenience, but holds no responsibility for the return.  Customers may purchase their own return shipping service instead of using the provided shipping label.

Damaged or lost packages/products in the return or exchange process may result in the customer being ineligible for refund or replacement.  Additional fees may be levied against refund at the discretion of Majestic Water Spouts for these issues.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to package returned products in a suitable manner to arrive at Majestic Water Spouts in the same condition as they arrived initially to the customer.  Damage not specified upon delivery but found on return inspection is the responsibility of the customer.  Original packaging may be ideal for return shipping, but must be inspected and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition for return shipment. 

 

ORDER PAYMENT

Production and/or fulfillment of orders starts after full payment has been received and processed, unless otherwise agreed upon.  Credit Card, Cash, PayPal, Cashiers Check, ACH/Wire or Check are the only accepted forms of payment. Checks provided as payment may delay order up to 1 week.  

Payment limitations apply to custom orders above $5,000. A representative from Majestic Water Spouts will provide payment options if your custom order exceeds $5,000. 

If an order incurs atypical costs including, but not limited to, additional shipping costs, duties, or taxes, the customer is liable for these additional costs within limitation. 

We reserve the right to refuse/refund a credit card payment and request another form of payment without reason or cause.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Standard orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.  This covers credit card transaction fees and business process costs.  Standard orders cannot be canceled after shipment has been received by the shipping carrier and follow return/exchange policies.

Custom Orders cannot be canceled by customers after production has begun.  Custom orders canceled prior to production are subject to a refund less costs incurred by Majestic Water Spouts for the order.

Majestic Water Spouts holds the rights to cancel any order without reason or cause at any time, providing a full refund to the customer.

 

HELD/DELAYED ORDERS

Standard Orders that are put on hold per customer request or delayed due to lack of ability to contact customers via phone and/or email are eligible for a full refund for up to 10 days post sale. Held Standard orders post 10 days are only eligible to receive an 80% store credit for future purchase(s).  

Custom Orders that are put on hold per customer request or delayed due to lack of ability to contact customers via phone and/or email are not eligible for ANY refund.  When custom order is resumed, products quoted and paid for may have price adjustments.  

Orders not picked up, claimed or shipped after 30 days  of notification that product(s) are completed are considered abandoned and subject for forfeiture to Majestic Water Spouts.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Customer agrees that Majestic Water Spouts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential punitive or multiple damages, including without limitation any damages resulting from loss of use, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising in connection with this Agreement, Majestic Water Spout's performance of services or of any other obligations relating to this Agreement, even if Majestic Water Spouts has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the cause of action under which such damages are sought.

LEGAL

Majestic Water Spouts has the right to refuse to do business with any customer without providing a reason.  

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting.
