RESPONSIBLE PARTIES & LIABILITY
Our website and company provide quotes and arrangements for shipment of our products/orders to customers. Shipping is provided as a courtesy to customers and shipping issues and disputes including delays, misdeliveries, lost packages and damages are the responsibility of the customers.
Majestic Water Spouts holds no responsibility or liability for shipping issues, but is happy to assist in resolving these matters between customer and shipping provider.
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Total delivery time from order to delivery includes manufacturing lead time, packaging/handling time and shipping time. For more information on manufacturing lead times until shipment, please review our Order, Cancellation & Return Policy.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship with UPS, USPS, DHL (Internationally) and assorted freight carriers. We also offer pick-up/willcall at our Tempe, AZ office.
SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs provided by our website are estimates. If we find that charges are excessive, we may refund the customer and if actual charges are underestimated the customer may be liable for additional shipping costs. Additional shipping charges for parcel shipments will be evaluated prior to shipment, while freight charges may be evaluated prior or after shipment. Order shipment may be delayed due to non-payment for additional shipping charges.
Rates provided are examples of services for an expected delivery day. We reserve the right to change the service based on the expected delivery window. For example, if "UPS Second Day Air" is purchased, but the delivery day is the same for "UPS Ground", we may substitute the service without additional charges or refunds.
**** We do NOT store or automatically charge any credit card information, therefore you must pay your new invoice for any additional shipping costs for your order to go into production/ship. ****
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Our systems also will send you periodic updates on the progress of your shipment up to and including delivery.
HANDLING & PACKAGING TIME
All packages may incur a 1-3 day handling and packaging delay until shipment. This timeframe, after production will depend on many factors and may increase for oversized products, bulk orders and freight orders requiring a crate.
TRANSIT TIMES & DELIVERY DATES
All provided transit times and delivery dates are estimates only.
UPS Service Guarantee only applies to UPS Next Day Air shipments. UPS Next Day Air only guarantees delivery for Monday - Friday deliveries only.
SERVICE CHANGES
We can only upgrade or downgrade your parcel services if your shipment has not been processed in our fulfillment department. Additional fees may apply for changes made in carrier service.
If your order is placed online with parcel service but warrants or requires freight service (usually large orders or heavy/bulky products), we will contact you to get information about freight delivery. Refunds may be given based on cost of original purchase method versus packaging/crate and freight costs.
DAMAGED PACKAGES/PRODUCTS

If you received a damaged package of products, immediately contact us via the appropriate form linked above. If you receive the packages/delivery in person, require the carrier delivery person to note the package as damaged upon delivery.
We’ve engineered our packaging to match the quality of our products, but occasionally carriers damage our packages/products. If there is any exterior package damage, it’s the customers responsibility to take several pictures of the damage prior to opening the package.
Customers must report ANY package or product damage within three (3) days of delivery. IF DAMAGE IS NOT REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT, MAJESTIC WATER SPOUTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES.
LOST PACKAGES

On occasion, our carriers lose a package or a package is stolen once delivered. Often when a package is missing, the carrier accidentally marks the package as delivered and will soon be delivered.
We are not responsible for theft or stolen goods once delivery has been made and packages have been delivered. If the carrier says they’ve delivered the package, but the package cannot be found, please contact us immediately via the form linked above. Majestic Water Spouts must be contacted within 3 days of the delivered date for support in this matter.
UNDELIVERABLE/RETURNED ORDERS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly on orders and at checkout. If your package is returned to Majestic Water Spouts due to being undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to return and reship the package.
We advise against shipping to job sites or businesses that are not staffed normal business hours.
ADDITIONAL FREIGHT POLICIES
If your order must be shipped freight, you will receive a questionnaire concerning details of the location and availability for quoting freight/truck delivery services. If these questions are not answered truthfully or additional fees are incurred due to added services for your delivery, Majestic Water Spouts will bill you for the difference in costs.
Additional billed fees by freight carriers include, but are not limited to: liftgate service, appointment reminders, storage fees, re-delivery fees, inside delivery.
Orders shipped to a dock/station for pick-up are time sensitive. All storage fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed.
ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL POLICIES
All import taxes/fees/duties/VAT are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates provided are for transportation only.
We cannot ship freight overseas. If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, Majestic Water Spouts cannot be held liable for any exchange with a forwarding company.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting.
