BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT FOR A CUSTOM ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING.
Custom Orders are defined as products that are not available as standard items for purchase on the Majestic Water Spouts website. Orders with Patina finishes on copper products are also considered custom.
PRICING
Due to variances in material prices, quotes and invoices provided are valid for 30 days from send date. Pricing is subject to change until orders are placed and paid for per agreed upon terms. Estimates provided throughout the custom order process are estimates only and do not reflect the actual pricing to be paid for production.
Custom Order Quotes and Orders are not eligible for our Best Price Guarantee, although we believe that our prices will be comparable or better than our competitors for the quality delivered.
DESIGN OWNERSHIP
Majestic Water Spouts is happy to provide our customers with custom products that meet design specifications desired. Unless agreed upon prior to order, the designs & tooling for these products and associated work, files, jigs are the sole property of Majestic Water Spouts. No royalties, ownership rights, discounts or payments will be given for custom designs that grow into a standard product.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
This is the process that all custom orders normally follow (excluding patina orders through the website):
- To proceed with the order, the customer MUST agree to these terms and conditions and pay an emailed invoice to begin the order.
- Majestic Water Spouts Engineering Department will create technical specification drawings for the customer to review and approve of.
- If customization is minor, Majestic Water Spouts may not provide drawings and proceed with order, as requested.
- Once technical specification drawings are approved by the customer, any changes will incur additional costs based on where the order is in production and delay the lead time.
- Production lead time estimates begin once the customer signs their approval and returns the technical specifications to Majestic Water Spouts.
- Change requests to the technical specification drawings may incur additional costs.
- Majestic Water Spouts will produce and provide (via willcall/pickup, parcel or freight) the order as requested.
